Beware Apple, Inc. scam

April 4, 2018

Has Apple, Inc called you yet, to tell you that your icloud has suspicious activity? Yes, it's a scam. Don't do anything.
On Monday, they kept calling us about every 20-30 minutes, so i finally just answered and pushed "1" for the rep. When the person answered, i put the phone down and simply read from a book about the love of Jesus Christ. You know what? They haven't called back.
It reminded me of a time when Lena and her roommate were getting a caller at their dorm who didn't speak, but they could hear breathing. i suggested that they read scripture to him when he called again--either he'll quit calling or he'll listen to scripture. As it happened, he called a few minutes later and they started reading from the gospel of John when he called. He actually stayed on the line for about a minute or so, then hung up. He never called back.
Don't fall for a scam, but look at it as a win-win. Either they hear the gospel and respond, in which you can share more about Jesus, or they run from it and leave you alone.
